general terms:
• There will be opportunities to revise after the initial sketch, line art, and coloring. These revisions will be limited and may come with extra fees if they are too numerous and/or intensive.
• Ko-Fi is how I take payments. You do not need an account to use it. To be taken to this link, you can click here.
• Payments will be taken either wholly upfront or half upfront and half after completing a satisfactory sketch. If you are unsatisfied with the sketch, even after revisions, I reserve the right to keep half of the payment.
• Additional characters add 75% on to the price.
• I have the ownership rights to any piece I create for you unless we discuss and agree otherwise. This is not to say that you can't use and share your piece, it's simply to say that you can't use my pieces to create NFTs, sell merchandise, train AI, or otherwise advertise/sell a product without my expressed consent.
• Commercial pieces may cost extra. Disclosure on the intent for a commercial piece is mandatory. (This includes anything for Twitch, Youtube, etc.)
• I reserve the right to add complexity fees if there an obstacle that would add complications to my process, such as: A complex pattern or outfit, additional characters, or if I have a large part in the creation/alteration of the character.
• If I've taken more than 30 days to complete a commission, you may request a refund. If I feel as though I've made substantial progress and/or warned about possible delays, I reserve the right to deny your refund request.
